PULSE is proud to announce a five-year partnership with Legia Ladies, one of Europe’s most progressive women’s football clubs. This long-term collaboration reflects a shared vision for innovation, athlete care, and the sustainable growth of women’s football.

A Pioneer in Women’s Football

Legia Ladies are acknowledged as pioneers in the women's game, as they consistently pursue innovative methods to cultivate players and establish new benchmarks for the support of female athletes. Their dedication to advancement is not limited to match-day performance; it encompasses the establishment of an environment that promotes the health, development, and long-term success of players.

What the Partnership Delivers

Legia Ladies will implement the PULSE Sport athlete management system (AMS) over the next five years, providing coaches, medical personnel, and performance teams with access to:

Comprehensive athlete monitoring: covering training load, recovery, wellness, and injury risk.

Female-specific insights with menstrual cycle monitoring: the new feature offers precise phase detection, linking physiological changes to training readiness, wellbeing, and recovery. Through AI-driven analysis, athletes and coaches receive personalized recommendations that adapt training loads and schedules to each phase of the cycle, helping to optimize performance while reducing the risk of injury.

Training planning aligned with women’s physiology: by integrating cycle data

directly into the AMS, staff can design individualized training plans that respect hormonal

fluctuations, ensuring athletes are supported holistically across performance, health, and

wellbeing.

Centralized data systems: ensuring all performance information is unified in one platform.

Enhanced development tools: supporting smarter, evidence-based player development.

Beyond day-to-day activities, PULSE and Legia Ladies will collaborate to create scientific, evidence-based methodologies and frameworks that will be used to reshape health and performance in Elite Female Football. Using technologies and data to holistically monitor athletes will be at the core, to prevent injuries and boost performance & wellbeing.

A Milestone for PULSE

This agreement is a significant milestone for PULSE in its efforts to expand its presence in the

European women's football market. The menstrual cycle monitoring feature reflects a breakthrough for female athlete care, showcasing how technology and science can provide actionable insights that were previously overlooked in athlete management practices, methods and systems. Collaborating with a club as innovative as Legia Ladies serves as an illustration of the beneficial effects of technology and science on the performance, well-being, and success of a team.

Looking Ahead

For Legia Ladies, PULSE provides the tools to optimize training, safeguard athlete health, and maximize performance across multiple seasons. By consolidating data into one system, the club’s staff can make faster, more informed decisions that directly impact player development

and team success.

At the same time, Legia Ladies’ role as a forward-thinking club in women’s football gives PULSE the opportunity to refine and iterate its platform, ensuring the system remains at the cutting edge of performance science. Their feedback and applied use will help PULSE adapt features specifically for the women’s game, strengthening our product offering and market leadership in this rapidly growing sector.

This five-year commitment is not only about today’s performance; it is about shaping the future of women’s football and creating lasting impact for both Legia Ladies and PULSE.
