• Mental Health Data: We collect data about your mental health through two surveys: one mental health survey and one Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) survey. The data we collect includes information about your mood, stress levels, and other mental health metrics that you choose to share with us.

We use the data we collect to provide personalised recommendations to you to help you improve your recovery, maximise your performance, and prevent over-training syndrome and its negative effects on mental and physical health. We also use the data to improve our app and the services we provide.
